Ingredients
- 30 ml Tequila
- 20 ml Triple Sec Liqueur
- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 1 Lime Wedge
- salt
- Cubed Ice
Method
Fill your glass with ice to keep it chilled. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, then pour in tequila, triple sec liqueur and lime juice. Shake your cocktail shaker, for around 30 seconds.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass then roll rim in salt.
Strain the mix into the glass.

Ingredients
- 100 ml low fat milk
- 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Banana
- 150 g frozen fruit of the forest
- 50 g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Method

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp pomegrante seeds
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 2 limes quartered, plus slices for garnsih
- 1 litre pomegranate juice
- 500 ml lemonade
- 15 ml simple syrup
Method
The day before, divide the pomegranate seeds between the holes in an ice cube tray, top up with water and freeze.
Using a rolling pin, bash the mint and lime to release the flavours. Keep half of the mint for serving, and tear the rest into a large jug with the lime quarters. Add the pomegranate juice, lemonade and simple syrup. Put ice cubes in each glass, then strain over the pomegranate mix through a small sieve. Garnish with lime slices and mint. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 750 ml red wine
- 2 small cinnamon sticks
- 2 Star anise
- 4 Cloves
- 1 large Oranges sliced
- 2 strips Lemon peel
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 100 ml Sloe gin optional
Method
Put the red wine, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, lemon zest, orange slices and sugar in a large pan. Cook on a low heat for 10 mins.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool, leaving to infuse for around 30 minutes.
To serve, heat without boiling, stir in the sloe gin (if using) and pour into heatproof glasses.

Ingredients
- 10 cinnamon sticks 2 for cooking, rest for serving
- 2 Apples thinly sliced
- 1 pear thinly sliced
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 750 ml white wine
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup Brandy
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- soda water for serving
Method
Place the cinnamon sticks and fruit into a large pitcher. Add wine, apple cider, brandy, orange juice, and lemon juice. Allow to sit in the fridge for 3 – 24 hours, we recommend 6 - 8 hours.
Pour the sangria and fruit into glasses, top with soda water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and enjoy.

- 25 ml Chambord
- 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Ingredients
- 40 ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka
- 25 ml Coffee Liqueur
- Shot Frank and Honest Espresso Coffee
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Fill the cocktail shaker (or other vessel) with ice.
Shake the drink in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Enjoy. If you want more foam on the drink put it back in the shaker without ice and give it a quick shake.
