Ingredients

  • 200 g Fresh or Frozen Berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2-3 dip Natural yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp honey optional

Method

  1. Mix ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
