Ingredients

  • 200 grams Raspberries
  • 100 grams Strawberries sliced
  • 100 grams Blueberries
  • 200 grams greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 tablespoons granola of choice
  • 4 teaspoons clear honey

Method

  1. Put half the raspberries into a bowl and give them a good crush with a fork. Mix together the rest of the raspberries with the strawberries and blueberries, and share between 4 serving glasses
  2. Mix the yogurt and vanilla extract together, then dollop into the glasses. Top each serving with the crushed raspberries and 2 tablespoons of granola, then drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the top. Cover and chill until ready to serve
  3. To make your morning even more chilled, most of the preparation could be done the evening before and left in the fridge overnight, ready for breakfast. Just sprinkle the granola over in the morning and off you go .
  4. For breakfast on the go, seal the pots with lids and take with you to eat later

Ingredients

  • 100 grams unsalted butter softened
  • 140 grams golden caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 140 grams natual yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 250 grams plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 125 grams Blueberries or frozen
  • 3 large Bananas mashed

Method

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases. Beat the butter and caster sugar together until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat in for 1 min, then mix in the yogurt, vanilla extract, milk and mashed bananas. Combine the flour, baking powder and bicarb in a bowl with 1/4 tsp fine salt, then tip this into the wet ingredients and stir in. Finally, fold in the blueberries and divide the mixture between the muffin cases.
  2. Bake for 5 mins, then reduce oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and bake for 15-18 mins more until risen and golden, and a cocktail stick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  3. Cool in the tin for 10 mins, then carefully lift out onto a wire rack to finish cooling. Will keep for 3-4 days in an airtight container – after a day or two, pop them in the microwave for 10-15 secs on high to freshen up.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches, mango or pineapple
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granola

Method

  1. combine the almond milk, coconut milk, frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, banana, spinach, chia seeds, flax seeds and a dash of vanilla extract in a blender
  2. Mix until smooth
  3. The smoothie should be thick, so if needed, add more frozen fruit until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 Centra Avocado
  • 4 Centra Free Range Eggs
  • 1 Centra Spring Onion Chopped
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Slice the avocados in half, and take out the pit
  3. Scoop out about two tablespoons of flesh from the center of the avocado, just enough so the egg will fit snugly in the center.
  4. Place the avocados in a small baking dish. Do your best to make sure they fit tightly.
  5. Crack an egg into each avocado half. Try your best to crack the yolk in first, then let the egg whites spill in to fill up the rest of the shell.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Almond Butter
  • 50 ml Almond Milk
  • 2 Centra Free Range Eggs
  • 50 g Ground Almonds
  • 1 handful Mixed Berries Frozen
  • 15 g Vanilla Protein Powder Optional

Method

  1. In a bowl place the eggs, almonds and protein powder.
  2. Using a hand whisk combine the ingredients until texture is like cake batter.
  3. Throw in a handful of frozen berries
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin molds in muffin baking tray.
  5. Add a 1/4 teaspoon almond butter into each muffin mixture and stir.
  6. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top, and a toothpick placed in the middle comes out dry.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg organic
  • 0.5 Avocado cubed
  • 2 Spring Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato Peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 1 Gluten free tortilla wrap
  • 1 sprig Coriander roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 0.5 onion Finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper deseeded and chopped into small cubes
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. Heat a tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and add the garlic and onion.
  2. Sauté until golden and add the chopped tomato and red pepper
  3. Add some salt and pepper.
  4. Let it simmer on medium heat until the pepper has softened and it looks like tomato sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped spring onions on top.
  6. In another pan with oil, fry two eggs (salt to taste).
  7. Place the tortilla on a plate and arrange the avocado strips and the slice of lime on the side.
  8. Spoon a few tablespoons of the tomato sauce on the tortilla
  9. Arrange the eggs on top of the sauce.
  10. Arrange the eggs on top of the sauce.
