We have been growing apples in the Orchard County for over 150 years. We knew we could use the apples we grow to make cider that was crisp, refreshing and importantly, had real apple taste – this is our core principle. We crushed our first 1,000 litres of pure Armagh apple juice in the autumn of 2009. Our cider is crisp, refreshing and always consistent, with about five apples in each bottle! It’s a local product, made with locally sourced ingredients that delivers on taste.

We have been producing our Natural and Authentically Strained Greek Style yoghurts since 2008, using milk from the Estate’s herd of pedigree Holstein and Jersey cows. Our yoghurts are recognised for their quality and taste, with the Greek Style yoghurts hand strained in line with the traditional technique used in Greece. The yoghurt is hung in cheesecloth bags for over an hour allowing us to achieve a thick and creamy yoghurt without the need to add milk powders or thickeners. Homegrown goodness from the lush green pastures of Co. Down.
