Ingredients

  • mint leaves bunch
  • 120 ml simple syrup
  • 120 ml Lime Juice
  • 150 ml rum
  • 1 bottle rosé
  • 1 can grapefruit sparkling water
  • Ice crushed
  • grapefruit to garnish
  • mint to garnish

Method

  1. In a large pitcher, gently muddle mint with simple syrup.
  2. Pour lime juice, rum, and rosé into the pitcher.
  3. Top with grapefruit sparkling water.
  4. Stir well and serve over ice.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and a grapefruit slice.

Ingredients

  • 145 grams Strawberries
  • 150 grams Blueberries
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 8-12 small scoops Lemon Sorbet
  • 250 grams Vanilla Yogurt or whipped cream
  • mint leaves optional

Method

  1. Wash berries; hull and slice the strawberries. Stem the blueberries. Put all of the berries in a bowl and add the 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Let stand for about 20 minutes for the juices to come out.
  2. Scoop half of the sorbet into four to six dessert dishes, brandy snifters, martini glasses, or other dish or glass.
  3. Spoon half of the strawberry-blueberry mixture over the sorbet, and then top with a few tablespoons of yogurt, whipped topping or whipped cream.
  4. Repeat with the remaining sorbet, berries, and topping. Garnish with some mint if you'd like.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mint leaves (about 7 or 8 leaves)
  • 1/2 of a whole Lemon cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 ounces irish whiskey
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice

Method

  1. 1. Place the mint, lemon, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Muddle together until the sugar has dissolved and the lemon has expressed its juices.
  2. 2. Add the whiskey, cover, and shake for 30 seconds. Transfer mixture to an Old Fashioned glass.
  3. 3. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
