Ingredients

  • 1 Soft tortilla warp
  • 1 Avocado Smashed
  • 150 grams Chicken Breast Sliced and cooked
  • Half of a green pepper
  • 50 grams tomatoes Halved
  • Handful of sliced lettuce

Method

  1. Spread the smashed avocado across the wrap.
  2. Top with chicken, green pepper, tomatoes and lettuce.
  3. Tightly roll up the wrap and fold, then slice in the middle; enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 Avocado chopped
  • 4 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 slice wholegrain bread

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a small pot over a medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil spray.
  3. Add egg mixture and using a wooden spoon, stir and bring the egg mixture on the edge of the pan to the centre. Continue until the eggs are almost set.
  4. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately with toast, chopped avocado and a handful of chopped tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado pealed & chopped into small cubes
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 0.5 onion Finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped into small cubes
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 leave cos lettuce
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 185 g tuna steak drained & flaked
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped into small cubes

Method

  1. In a big bowl put the tuna, the chopped tomato, chilli, pepper, avocado and onion in.
  2. Add salt and pepper, 2 tbsp of olive oil and soy sauce.
  3. Take a couple of lettuce leaves or endive leaves, and with a spoon arrange the tuna salad mix along the leaves.
  4. If the lettuce leaves are big, you can fold them as if it was a wrap, otherwise simply tuck into these super hot boats, you’ll love ‘em!

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado peeled, destined and sliced lengthways
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts skinned and sliced lengthways
  • 1 PACK mixed leaves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. Season the chicken strips with sea salt and pan fry in oil. Brown the chicken evenly on both sides and cook until firm.
  2. To make the dressing: put the olive oil, cider vinegar, mustard and salt into a bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Dress the leaves and divide into two bowls.
  4. Arrange the avocado and chicken in each bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg organic
  • 0.5 Avocado cubed
  • 2 Spring Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato Peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 1 Gluten free tortilla wrap
  • 1 sprig Coriander roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 0.5 onion Finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper deseeded and chopped into small cubes
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. Heat a tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and add the garlic and onion.
  2. Sauté until golden and add the chopped tomato and red pepper
  3. Add some salt and pepper.
  4. Let it simmer on medium heat until the pepper has softened and it looks like tomato sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped spring onions on top.
  6. In another pan with oil, fry two eggs (salt to taste).
  7. Place the tortilla on a plate and arrange the avocado strips and the slice of lime on the side.
  8. Spoon a few tablespoons of the tomato sauce on the tortilla
  9. Arrange the eggs on top of the sauce.
  10. Arrange the eggs on top of the sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • Pepper a pinch

Method

  1. Make sure your avocado is ripe and ready to eat
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and carefully place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Carefully remove a little more of the avocado from the centre and then crack your egg into the hole.
  4. Bake in a hot oven 230C/Gas 8 for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve with a little freshly ground pepper.
