Ingredients

  • 100 ml low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 g frozen fruit of the forest
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
