Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Meridian peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Overnight oats base
- 1/3 apple diced small
- 1/3 tsp Cinnamon
- Overnight oats base
- 1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Overnight oats base
Method
- Simply combine the base ingredients with any one of the 3 finishing ingredients in a bowl and pour into a jar/glass/cup/bowl
- Let sit in the fridge overnight, then you can add some of your favourite toppings in the morning before you eat
- Finish off with banana, berries, nuts... or whatever you like!
