  • 130 g Dates pitted
  • 85 g Meridian peanut butter
  • 115 g oats rolled or quick-cooking
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 85 g Mini chocolate chips if using


  1. Soak dates for 10 minutes in warm water first, then drain & blend in a food processor until chopped into small pieces.
  2. Add the peanut butter, oats, vanilla extract, & chia seeds. Mix again.
  3. The mixture should be thick enough to form into balls without being too sticky. If it’s too sticky, add 1-2 more tbsp oats. If it’s too dry, add 1-2 more tbsp peanut butter.
  4. Add the mini chocolate chips* (if using) & mix gently.
  5. Lastly, Roll into small balls.
  6. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge in a container.
