Ingredients
- 130 g rolled oatmeal
- 85 g honey
- 135 g crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 20 g flax seed pinch of salt
Method
- In a bowl*, mix together all ingredients. If your dough is a little too dry, add more honey. Now lightly wet your hands.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough & roll between your palms to form balls.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- *Option to place all ingredients in a food processor & process until a dough is formed. Some like to do this for easier digestion!
