Ingredients

  • 130 g rolled oatmeal
  • 85 g honey
  • 135 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 20 g flax seed pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a bowl*, mix together all ingredients. If your dough is a little too dry, add more honey. Now lightly wet your hands.
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough & roll between your palms to form balls.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  4. *Option to place all ingredients in a food processor & process until a dough is formed. Some like to do this for easier digestion!
