Ingredients

  • Fresh For You Sausages
  • Ballymaloe Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Fresh For You Tomatoes
  • Ormo Finger Rolls
  • Chorizo cubed
  • cheese slices
  • Crispy Onions
  • Rocket
  • cucumber

Method

  1. Grill the sausages until cooked through to 75 degrees celsius.
  2. While they are cooking, sautéed some chorizo, with chopped onions until they caramelise a little.
  3. Line the Ormo hotdog rolls with rocket, tomato & cucumber.
  4. Add the sausages and top with the chorizo and onion mix.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Drizzle with Ballymaloe Mayo and American mustard.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 250 grams Beef Mince
  • 1 tsp hot smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 200 grams Black Beans drained
  • 200 grams tortilla chips lightly salted
  • 150 grams cheddar grated
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes quartered
  • salt and pepper to season
  • 4 Spring onions lightly chopped
  • Coriander optional
  • Chopped Chilli optional
  • lime wedges
  • Sour Cream

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion and cook for 3–5 minutes until soft and translucent.
  2. Increase the heat and add the beef, paprika, cumin and chilli powder. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the black beans, stirring gently, until the beans are heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Line the base of a 1.5 litre/2¾ pint ovenproof dish or baking tray with a single layer of tortilla chips, then top with half of the beef mixture, then half the cheddar and half the cherry tomatoes. Add a second layer of tortilla chips, then top with the remaining beef and cheese. Transfer to the oven and cook for 8–10 mins, until the cheese has melted.
  5. Remove the nachos from the oven and top with the remaining cherry tomatoes, spring onions, coriander and chilli, if using. Serve hot with the soured cream and lime wedges.

Ingredients

  • 450 grams minced beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 tin Red Kidney beans
  • 150 millilitres beef stock
  • 1 Green Pepper diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules
  • 2 teaspoons Mild Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 tin Corn
  • 4 Wraps

Method

  1. Fry the minced beef and onion until browned. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  2. Blend in the stock, seasonings, tinned tomatoes and tomato purée. Add the green pepper, kidney beans, corn and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally.
  3. Divide the mince mixture between the wraps, top with lettuce and tomato and finish with a little soured cream, mayonnaise or grated cheese.

Ingredients

  • 125 g Broccoli
  • 1 yolk Free Range Egg
  • 345 g Beef Mince
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful Coriander chopped
  • 15 g Dijon Mustard
  • 25 g Greek Yoghurt
  • 50 g onion diced
  • 1 handful Oregano chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c.
  2. Combine in a mixing bowl the mince, coriander, oregano, onion, Dijon, and egg yolk.
  3. Mix well and form into two burger patties.
  4. n a medium sized frying pan, heat the oil and brown the burgers on either side
  5. Transfer to the oven and cook for 5-8 mins until cooked through.
  6. To serve: Serve with yoghurt and greens of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Lean Mince Steak
  • 1 Large onion Diced
  • 3 - 4 Cloves garlic Crushed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Medium carrot Grated
  • 2 celery sticks Finely chopped
  • 6-8 mushrooms Chopped
  • 680 g Passata Or 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 450g Spaghetti
  • grated cheese To serve

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large, heavy based pan over a medium heat.
  2. Add the mince and cook until brown
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, stirring all the time.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions.
  5. Add red and green pepper, grated carrot, celery and mushrooms and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Open the passata or tinned tomatoes and add to the saucepan with the tomato puree and oregano . Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat and cook for 10-15minutes
  7. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the bolognese and a little grated cheese.
