Ulster Rugby Summer Camps 2010
The Ulster Rugby Summer Camps are a great way to meet new friends, learn new rugby skills and meet your rugby heroes in a fun and safe environment. This year we are running 2 types of camp - Junior Camps for children aged 6-12yrs and Senior Camps for children aged 13-17yrs.
Junior Camps – 6 – 12yrs
There are 16 Junior Camps this year based at a variety of locations around Ulster. These camps are open to both boys and girls and you do not need to have played rugby before to attend. The content of these camps will be skills based with coaches encouraging the development of players predominately through fun activities - please note that the amount of 'full contact games' will be restricted.
Senior Camps – 13 – 17yrs
There is 1 Senior Camp this year which will be based at the University of Ulster Jordanstown. This camps is open to both boys and girls who have had previous experience of playing rugby. The Senior Camp will utilise some of the facilities at the Sports Institute Northern Ireland and the content of the camps will focus on the technical, tactical, physical, mental and lifestyle aspects of Rugby Union.

Through the camps Ulster Rugby works to encourage participation in rugby at a young age and across all skill levels throughout the province. Through Centra's extensive network of stores we are helping to achieve this goal.
Centra provides financial and marketing support to the project and retail partners help promote the benefits of participating in Ulster Rugby Summer Camps to local communities.
