Blue Peter’s Zoe Salmon donned a pair of boxing gloves to help Action Cancer and Centra promote an exercise routine which aims to tackle teenage obesity. Zoe is patron of Action Cancer’s Health Action programme, which is sponsored by Centra. She took time out of a recent trip home to highlight the success of the charity’s ‘cardio-box’ routine, which is now being offered to students at secondary schools and colleges as part of the programme.
