Blue Peter’s Zoe Salmon helps Action Cancer and Centra launch a new DVD to educate teenagers in healthy living. The DVD includes messages on healthy eating, exercise and the dangers of smoking and alcohol and forms part of the Health Action programme for secondary schools and colleges.
