Centra Stores Shine at Neighbourhood Retailer Awards

Five Centra stores are celebrating after an outstanding performance at the recent Neighbourhood Retailer Awards 2011.

Stafford's Centra Wellington Place was recognised as the Neighbourhood Store of the Year in the up to 1500 sq ft category, while Nicholl's Centra Greysteel won the hotly contested Forecourt of the Year (up to 1750 sq ft).

The Centra success continued into the night, with McGovern's Centra Stranmillis winning the award for CTN of the Year, while Moran's Centras in Coleraine and Strand Road were awarded Training Initiative of the Year.

Centra Sales Director Nigel Maxwell said: "Congratulations to all the Centra stores who won at the Neighbourhood Retailer Awards. These awards are recognised as prestigious accolades, rewarding professionalism, commitment and innovation as well as raising standards throughout the sector. Even to be shortlisted is a testament to the hard work from the teams in-store.
