Gormley's Centra outshines competition at National Q Mark Awards

Gormley's Centra, Claudy has been recognised at the prestigious Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA) 2011 National Q Mark Awards. The store won the Q Mark Award for Hygiene and Food Safety in the Northern Ireland Retail Convenience Store Category, which was presented at the glamorous ceremony in the Burlington Hotel Dublin.
On receipt of the Q Mark Award, Gormley’s Centra store owner George Gormley commented, "We are proud and delighted to have won this award. We work hard to create a friendly and appealing shopping environment and this award recognises the commitment of our staff."
Speaking at the Awards, the Managing Director of The National Q Mark, Irene Collins said "What gets focused on gets results!
This seems to be the mantra used by George and his team at Gormley's Centra Claudy and it's given them an excellent result! Well done to everyone on the team."
Hundreds of people from all over Ireland attended this year's Q Mark Awards ceremony, which celebrates The Q Mark, the recognised symbol of quality and excellence for businesses and consumers.
